How does bandwidth billing work?
Each plan includes a monthly bandwidth allowance. If you exceed it, additional usage is billed at €0.50 per GB at the end of the month. You will always see a clear breakdown before any charge is applied.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with no penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
